JECSI isn’t always the expert witness in litigation cases; often we work more directly with legal counsel to help fashion a litigation strategy.  JECSI has also assisted clients in understanding the testimony offered by experts and in identifying aspects of such testimony that may not be based upon sound scientific data or methodology.
