Assessment
"JECSI is well-known by law firms and other financial participant's for its Phase I assessments..."
JECSI conducts assessments of potential environmental liabilities associated with industrial and commercial properties. The transactions associated with our engagements range in size from small, single-site greenfields to multibillion-dollar deals involving industrial facilities located throughout the United States and Canada and in almost every industrial sector.
JECSI is well-known by law firms and other financial participant's for its Phase I assessments that may extend beyond the guidance provided in ASTM E1527-05: Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process. Because of our expertise with environmental compliance requirements, our assessments may include an evaluation of a company's compliance with environmental, health and safety laws and regulations.
If a potential issue is identified during a Phase I assessment or if a goal is to establish a baseline of conditions prior to the acquisition, we also work with the client to develop and execute a Phase II investigation scope that balances transactional risks and costs. We are thus able to provide clients with the information and professional insights they need to make real-world decisions while meeting strict deal deadlines.
