Our inspections, records management module is designed to provide a resource for managing the completion of all environmental, health and safety, and internal inspections. The module provides a central repository for inspection forms, completed inspections and provides alerts regarding reminding an inspector to complete a specific inspection. Our inspection management module provides health and safety managers or administrators with a tool that will allow them to easily and efficiently manage the inspection associated with their facility. The inspections, records management module is compatible with all other [OnDemand]® EHS modules and applications and therefore can be easily integrated with modules including Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) tracking, compliance assurance and auditing.
Key features on our inspections, records management module include:
- Automatically generated CAPAs for failed reports
- Inspection forms sorted by frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.)
- Spill log and associated reports
